What the $415,000 median house price gets in Adelaide

After CoreLogic recently reported a median house price of $415,000 in Adelaide, Property Observer went searching for what that got. 

For that price house hunters can purchase a 1950s inspired two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 50 Dingera Avenue in North Plumpton on a 397 square metre block (above). The house has recently undergone $120,000 worth of improvements. 

The 1966 solid brick three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 1 Murdoch Avenue in North Plympton has been listed for $410,000 (below). The house sits on a 599 square metre allotment. 

 

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 43 Elston Street in Brooklyn Park has been listed for $400,000-440,000 (below). The Torrens Title investment sits on a 353 square metre block of land located between the city and the sea.  

 

Alternatively, the three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 9 Byrnes Street in Brooklyn Park has been listed for $427,000 (below). The house sits on 379 square metres of land. 

The 1910 three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage at 21 Smith Street in Thebarton (below) has been listed for $450,000 and sits on 266 square metre block.
