Weston, Pettit & Sevitt trophy home sold for $1 million

A Weston, ACT trophy home has been sold for $1,005,000.

The four bedroom, two bathroom house is one of seven former Pettit and Sevitt display homes in Gray Place.

Situated at 5 Gray Place, the Pettit and Sevitt "Garden House" was designed by architect Ken Woolley.

Set on a large 1,188 sqm plot, it sold in October.

It is described as a blend of original mid-century features and contemporary updates.
