Located on the lower ground, apartment type 1D boasts a one-bedroom, one-bathroom residence with a car area.

Set over an internal area of 57sqm, the home includes an open-plan living and dining area, L-shaped kitchen and abundant storage.

The apartment also includes a generous 39sqm terrace, walk-in robe and laundry space.

One-bedroom apartments in Shenton Quarter come furnished with Smeg appliances in the kitchen, reconstituted stone benchtops and the choice between three colour schemes.

2. Apartment Type 2F
Two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments from $580,000

Located on level one and two of the mixed-use development, apartment type 2F boasts two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a 13sqm car bay area included.
