Iris Residential's Shenton Quarter, the latest residential development project in Perth's Shenton Park, has become the talk of the town with its prime location in one of the Western Australia capital's most sought-after suburbs.

Offering easy access to the city's top-rated schools, public transport, bustling lifestyle, supermarkets, entertainment hubs, and medical facilities, the development is attracting the attention of potential buyers who prioritise convenience and accessibility.

According to recent reports, Shenton Park has been crowned as the most coveted suburb for three consecutive years. The area boasts of the lowest median days to sell, which signals a sound investment opportunity for those looking to invest in the real estate market.

Located just six kilometres from the Perth CBD, residents of Shenton Quarter have a plethora of convenient amenity on their doorstep.

Within 500 metres of the site, residents will have access to Shenton College and Shenton Park, along with the Shenton Park Train Station.

The well connected suburb offers a range of transportation options, including trains, buses, and cycling paths, while it's also near to the Mitchell Freeway, which makes it easy to travel to other parts of Perth and beyond.

At Shenton Quarter, the ultimate in 21st century convenience can be enjoyed, with the new shared pedestrian-car laneway lined with cafes and alfresco dining.

Across the ground floor of Shenton Quarter there's also a Coles supermarket, along with a range of specialist boutiques, pharmacy and commercial tenancies, meaning you don't ever even need to leave the building for everyday amenities.

There's a range of recreational pursuits surrounding Shenton Quarter, which also make it an attractive place to live.

Shenton Park is home to several parks and nature reserves, including Lake Jualbup, which is just over 500 metres away, and Kings Park, with the green spaces providing opportunities for walking, running, cycling, picnicking, and other outdoor activities.

There's also a tennis club, a golf course, and a cricket club within five kilometres from the project, in addition to several galleries, theatres, and music venues in the area.
