The Precinct is the newest residential offering in Perth’s riverside southern suburb of Mount Pleasant, boasting a collection of 192 residences.

Developed by Norup+Wilson, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments lie within a 22-storey community on the high point of the prestigious Canning Bridge redevelopment project.

Forming part of the $235 million redevelopment, The Precinct is the catalyst for a vibrant new riverside lifestyle.

Designed by Woods Bagot, the development features a destination entertainment hub, residences and ultra-premium Sky Homes.

Location is everything at the Precinct, which stands as the most prominent landmark in the Canning Bridge Precinct, according to the project marketing.

“It commands views of every facet of the city from Kings Park and the CBD, to the converging Swan and Canning Rivers and the distant escarpment to the east”, the developer said.

The proximity to the CBD and the river, and the easy access to roads and public transport links, make Mount Pleasant a location of choice for professionals and families.

While the high-owner occupier ratio within the development has been shown to preserve capital values and generate higher rental income for investors.

Set to become one of the first five-star Green Star residential buildings delivered within Western Australia, the project incorporates sustainable features and environmentally friendly materials.

Some of the Green Star features include solar cells on the rooftop, sensor lights, WELS-approved rating on all taps and showers, energy-efficient appliances and rain sensors for reticulation system.

Thanks to these technologies and the overall quality of the development, the Precinct delivers low strata fees to residents.

As a multi-level community, the Precinct features a range of first-class amenities, including an indoor and outdoor gym, running track, cabana, day beds, thatched gazebo, Teppanyaki barbeques and swimming pool.

A choice of multiple different restaurants is at your doorstep with an assortment of dining experiences found at the unique ground-floor entry.

Among its other features include a residents’ lounge, residents’ library, children’s playroom and the luxurious Sky Lounge on the top floor.

The development reached completion in 2020.
