Recently, Momentum Wealth’s Damian Collins wrote a couple of articles about the environment in Perth, generating some interesting reader comments.

He has a positive outlook for where values are heading in Perth this season, noting that despite the slowdown in recent months, after solid 2013 growth, there may yet be an uptick left for spring.

“While the market may be a little more volatile due to the fluctuations in the mining sector, the long-term outlook remains very positive,” he concluded.

He also noted that the rental market is expected to improve.
