Henley Rise, overlooking the Swan River and Perth CBD, is one of the new Western Australia developments to come out of the collaboration of developers Aria Land and Blueways Group.

Nestled in the leafy City of South Perth, it will comprise 111 apartments designed to harmonize the bustling Como hub with its peaceful riverside location.

It is made up of two towers, Southern and Northern, designed by Embrace, a boutique design studio behind a range of residential and commercial buildings in WA and Victoria, including Kew Residences, The Gratis, and The Selection.

Henley Rise apartments feature balconies and terraces of up to 158 sqm with sweeping views of the Swan River and cityscape beyond.

Situated on Leonora Street, residents are a stone's throw away from top-class amenities including the Royal Perth Golf Course and Collier Golf Course, South Perth Yacht Club and Tennis Club, South Perth Esplanade and the famed Preston Street Café strip

It's a short walk to the train station which will have residents in the Perth CBD or King's Park while Perth's leading shopping centre, Garden City is minutes away.

Despite containing a communal garden, gymnasium, state-of-the-art business hub and residents’ lounge, strata fees at Henley Rise are up to 40% lower than other Como developments.

Aria and Blueways have also partnered together for a precinct comprised of multiple boutique apartment developments in Perth's Nedlands.
