Ignwe Capital is offering a rare opportunity for buyers to enter the coveted Scarborough lifestyle, the coastal suburb north west of Perth.

Their latest development, Marbella Beachside, is one of few new off the plan apartment developments to hit the picturesque seaside area in the last few years.

There's only 18 terrace homes on offer just across the road from Brighton Reserve and Brighton Beach.

Marbella Beachside is ideally located just south of the centre of Scarborough where the beachfront plaza recently underwent a $50 million upgrade. That has a wide range of amenities and recreational facilities, including a heated beach pool, exercise equipment, rock climbing wall, and a skate park.

Also in the heart of the town is the Luna Maxi Mart, where there's a Coles and a number of retail shops and eateries.

Just north of Luna Maxi Mart is a number of restaurants and bars, including the lively Scarborough Beach Bar, La Capannina, and the trendy Drift Kitchen.

Pedestrian promenades, expansive lawn areas, and extensive coastal walking and cycling trails are all on the doorstep of Marbella Beachside, with the development's proximity to Abbett Park Reserve and Peasholm Dog Beach a major bonus.

Marbella Beachside terraces have been designed by RAD Architecture and span four levels. They each have four bedrooms and a top floor outdoor living area which take in expansive views across the ocean.

Construction kicked off last month, and is expected to be complete by mid-2025.
