Developer Paul Little's residential property business has expanded its national footprint, acquiring a Perth real estate agency.

LITTLE Real Estate has rebranded the city agency of Harcourts.

It is Australia’s largest privately owned real estate agency offering sales and property management services with 19 offices and close to 17,000 properties under management.

LITTLE Real Estate CEO Phil Meggs said the acquisition is consistent with plans to be a national provider.

Laurence Goodman, the owner of Harcourts Central, will continue on in the business with LITTLE Real Estate appointing property identity Chris Lewis to the local business as a director.

Last year, Little paid $60.7 million to acquire Real Estate Corp, which ran the RUN-branded agency network.
