Cirque Duet is set to redefine Mount Pleasant’s Canning Bridge Precinct. Rising high into the skyline, its bold, sculptural building lands in the long-established community connecting Ogilvie and Kishorn Roads with a new public walkway, with its two towers linked at the fourth floor by a common podium.

Developed by Stirling Capital, Cirque Duet is 19-storeys, comprising one, two and three bedroom residences, with every apartment designed to take advantage of panoramic views across the Canning and Swan Rivers to Perth’s CBD and the Eastern Hills.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout maximise these stunning vistas and bring natural light into every living area, while the transition from indoors to outside is seamless as full-length curved glass on the generously-sized balconies.

Cirque Duet's central themes of light, reflection, texture and relief are evident throughout the apartments. The kitchens feature world leading V-Zug appliances, stone bench tops and completely integrated, storage solutions. Living areas are open and offer space and light and the bedrooms and bathrooms continue the luxurious theme, featuring top-quality fixtures, fittings and finishes.

In collaboration with MJA Studio, Cirque Duet has been designed and developed to the highest finish not only inside the residences but throughout the building, boasting a host of resident’s-only, hotel-inspired amenity.

The podium on level four provides more than 3,000 sqm of communal amenity. Here residents will find a host of resort-style facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym along with private dining rooms, cabanas, a cocktail bar, barbecues and a children’s playground

The buildings’ unique form brings sun into this communal area creating a variety of light-dappled, landscaped lawns and gardens dotted with alfresco spaces all wrapped in panoramic views.

Indoors, there’s a library and a private cinema. At street level, Cirque Duet's hotel-inspired lobbies feature a concierge desk and access to a business centre with separate meeting rooms.

The building also provides all on-going building and garden maintenance, as well as state-of-the-art security and CCTV.

One, two and three bedroom apartments can still be purchased in Cirque Duet which is expected to be completed by 2024.
