Aria Land and Blueways Group are hoping to complete their latest Nedlands apartment development, Hillway, by the end of this year.

They've topped out the boutique building of just nine residences designed by the award-winning Giorgi studio.

Perched on an elevated site, Hillway offers views of the river from its upper levels, while the interiors are the epitome of luxury living.

The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces within Hillway provides an ideal environment for relaxation and entertaining. The abundance of natural light, combined with a thoughtful layout, creates a sense of spaciousness that enhances the overall living experience.

The kitchens at Hillway have been designed with social gatherings in mind, equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, imported tiles, and elegant stone benchtops.

Nedlands itself is widely recognised as one of Perth's most sought-after addresses, thanks to its leafy streets and picturesque Swan River setting.

Renowned as one of the world's most beautiful and liveable cities, Perth boasts an array of defining destinations and recreational clubs, many of which are conveniently situated near Hillway.

Residents will find themselves in close proximity to prestigious institutions such as the University of Western Australia, as well as renowned landmarks like Kings Park, Matilda Bay, and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. In addition, the Perth Children's Hospital, Royal Perth Yacht Club, Mounts Bay Sailing Club, Nedlands Tennis Club, and Nedlands Golf Club are all within reach.
