Expected to outperform in 2021, Perth has been lauded by industry experts as a strong market to invest in.

The latest insights from leading economists point to booming conditions in Perth, where vacancies are low and there is upward pressure on rents.

According to Herron Todd White’s Chris Hinchliffe, the $500,000 to $1.5 million price range in established suburbs will be a key market segment to watch in the WA capital.

"The owner-occupier market has been very hot lately and it will be interesting to see what it does over the next 12 months as investors also re-enter the market," he said.

The capital city is experiencing a decline in listing volumes, with sales listings hitting a 10-year low in February, according to REIWA data.

With strong demand looking like it may swamp market supply, Urban takes a look at four new Perth apartments that you can secure via Urban today.
