South Perth-based property developer, Stirling Capital are set to begin construction on their parkside apartments, Florin next month.

The $32 million project will bring 63 residences to the Jolimont area, with the family-sized apartments offering sweeping views to the neighbouring park and CBD skyline.

Only a few more weeks remain to secure up to $50,000 off in stamp duty savings, with the Victorian Government's stamp duty rebate scheme.

Taking liveability to the next level, Florin proudly boasts highly sustainable Australian Excellence 'design' and 'as built' basis, together with a 5 Star Green Star rating.

Buyers can select between three differing colour schemes, with each apartment complemented with high-end finishes throughout, including leading Swiss V-Zug appliances.

Residents will be at home with a suite of resort-style facilities including a dining room, resident lounge, pet wash, parcel smart locker system, lockable storerooms, bicycle parking, security camera system, and EV charging stations.

Florin marks the second venture in Jolimont for Stirling, having already completed Treehouse, with a collection of two-bedroom apartments remaining in Parkside Walk; a LandCorp urban infill development.

Located in the heart of the Western Suburbs of Perth, with views to the Perth CBD, the desirable setting is nearby to the Parkside Walk, linking residents to shopping precincts in Floreat, Wembley, Leederville and Subiaco.

One, two, three and four-bedroom apartments can still be snapped up in the Jolimont project, spanning between 87 sqm to 289 sqm.
