The privately-owned group Ingwe Capital have kicked off construction on their latest Perth residential development.

Marbella Beachside will deliver just 18 terrace homes to South Scarborough, with the project set to offer some of the most impressive ocean view vistas in the area.

Situated within a boutique strata complex, each Marbella Terrace Home stands as a standalone dwelling, providing residents with privacy and a sense of individuality.

Designed by RAD as true oceanside retreats, the terrace homes span four levels, culminating in a rooftop that seamlessly integrates a spacious sea view balcony, living area, and a kitchen.

The open plan layout and full-height windows allow for abundant natural light, coupled with oak timber flooring, warm-toned travertine, and brushed copper fixtures.

The ground level of each terrace home features a double garage, ensuring ample space for parking and storage. As residents ascend to the first and second floors, they will discover well-appointed bedrooms and a master retreat, each accompanied by its own bathroom.

The bespoke staircase leads to the top floor, where the living area, kitchen, dining space, and expansive outdoor living areas await.

Marbella Beachside perfectly positions residents to enjoy Scarborough's laid-back coastal lifestyle and vibrant entertainment precinct. With an array of exquisite eateries, retail options, and outdoor leisure activities nearby, every convenience is on the steps of Marbella.
