Cedar Woods launches Incontro Apartments in Subiaco
Perth’s popular Subiaco is set to receive a fresh injection of new apartments, and select two-storey townhomes, with the launch of Incontro Apartments by award winning developer Cedar Woods.
Cedar Woods, who have developed nationally for the best part of four decades, have already sold 30 percent of the apartments before officially taking the project to market. The launch comes off the back of the successful Incontro Townhouse development next door where buyers have moved into their completed homes and are enjoying the surrounding amenity that Subiaco has to offer.
The one, two and three-bedroom apartments start from $594,000* which is well below Subiaco’s median house price which is now touching $1.9 million. The Subiaco unit market has also grown significantly, according to property data analytics firm CoreLogic, with values jumping 12.4 per cent in calendar year 2023, followed by a rise of 16.7 per cent in 2024.
Cedar Woods had DKO Architecture design the striking building that complements the developing Incontro masterplan. Their focus was on maximising natural light, creating flexible living spaces, and curating two stylish colour schemes for buyers to choose from, both inspired by local flora.
Each kitchen will include integrated Smeg appliances and stone benchtops, while the open plan living area will feature 2.7-metre high ceilings and direct access to a balcony or courtyard, increasing the feeling of open space.
Incontro Apartments will also have an exclusive garden terrace on the second level which will include dining and entertaining spaces, work areas, and landscaped green nooks.
Cedar Woods places a high priority on creating sustainable communities, and Incontro is no different. The development will achieve an average 7.5-star NatHERS energy rating and will include solar panels, water-efficient fixtures, double glazed windows, EV charging options, and materials which have been locally sourced.
Incontro’s prime location in Subiaco will put residents within minutes of parklands, schools, retail, dining, and entertainment options. Incontro is also within walking or cycling distance of Rokeby Road’s café strip, Subiaco Common, Kings Park, and Subiaco Farmers Market, as well as Subiaco Station, all just five kilometres from the Perth CBD.
Buyers who act quickly may be eligible for savings of up to $50,000 on stamp duty under Western Australia’s Off-The-Plan Duty Concession and Rebate Scheme, due to finish at 30 June 2025.
Cedar Woods is expecting to start construction on Incontro Apartments later this year, with a builder appointment expected shortly.
