Victoria’s 1876 homestead Mount Pleasant remains for sale.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is located on 86 acres of land at 562 Carlsruhe Station Road in Carlsruhe.

The house features tessellated tiled verandahs, marble fire places and a four-car garage.

The homestead also maintains some of its original features including the original house dairy with its cellar, a two-stand shearing shed, hay shed and a three bay machinery shed.

This is the third time the property has been offered for sale.

Expressions of interest closed last week through Abercromby’s Real Estate agents Hugh Hardy and Jock Langley
