A new residential project worth $60 million has launched in Melbourne’s rapidly growing southeast that will help meet soaring demand for housing.

Situated at 21-23 Loxwood Avenue, Keysborough, the Woodlands Estate project is a collection of 42 double-story house and land packages designed with aspirational families in mind.

The recent launch of the project’s first stage feature 17 bespoke double-storey home designs ranging from $949,000 to $1,465,000 on lots of land from 255 sqm to 551 sqm.

Backing onto the peaceful Keysborough Community Park, the project is close to an array of amenities and offers easy access to Mordialloc Beach, Mordialloc Bypass, East Link and Dingley Bypass.

Delivered by the Aultun Group, the Woodlands is about creating a place families can call home for a lifetime, says director Frank Ruffo.

“The Woodlands is an opportunity for families to secure their dream home built to superior specifications”, he said.

“The house and land packages provide families the room they need to grow and we’re incorporating fully landscaped gardens with modern fixtures and finishes.”

Set in an ideal location surrounded by parklands that delivers a refreshing change of pace for families, the development also enjoys the convenience of being situated close to schools, shopping centres and outdoor lifestyle precincts like Tatterson Park and Southern Golf Couse.

Oliver Hume’s Harvey Carretero said Keysborough was a rapidly growing suburb and was emerging as a vibrant, new residential area.

“New projects like the Woodlands coming along will go a long way to satisfying the serious market demand for new house and land,” Carretero said.

“A feature of Keysborough is its road access from all directions, linking the suburb conveniently to Dandenong, Chadstone Shopping Centre and the beaches by the bay.”

The developers are anticipating significant demand for the project from buyers looking to seize new house and land in a growing Melbourne suburb.

The first stage of the Woodlands Estate is expected to be complete in 2023.
