Set to transform Doncaster’s Eastern Golf Course into a modern residential development, Tullamore is the latest project in Mirvac’s residential portfolio.

Set over 47 hectares, the development will deliver approximately 800 dwellings, including a mix of townhouses, free-standing homes, vacant land allotments and apartments.

Tullamore Homes will deliver four and five-bedroom houses ideal for families of all sizes, with stylish colour palettes and functional open spaces.

“Each home will be an individual statement for the owner, as well as integrate with adjacent dwellings to form a complementary and harmonious streetscape”, the project marketing reads.

Lofty, open-plan living and beautifully appointed features are enhanced by the various on-site amenities that Tullamore offers.

Urban takes a look at five of the on-site amenities at Tullamore by Mirvac.

1. Open green spaces

According to Mirvac, the vision for the residential neighbourhood is defined by lush landscape, open parklands and walking trails.

The development is extremely walkable with over 20 per cent of the site dedicated to green space and trails. A shard path that is central to the development links the Doncaster Road entrance to the Burgundy Reserve park.

As well as providing beautiful walking environments, a large nature reserve will be retained to protect the homes of local Rosellas and other birdlife.

2. Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Club

Opening in mid-2021, a luxury members-only health and lifestyle club will transform the Eastern Golf Course homestead into an inner-city country club.

Partnering with Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs, Mirvac offers residents with a range of health, fitness and lifestyle amenities including a full suite of studio classes, four tennis courts, a members’ lounge, resort-style indoor and outdoor pools, a spa retreat and a café.

3. Three outdoor parks

Tullamore residents will benefit from three parks and play spaces, purpose-built for different ages.

The parks will include a fitness trail and fitness stations to invigorate the lives of local residents while play equipment, shelters bench seats and informal gathering spaces deliver the environment to play, meet and relax.

4. Sustainable design initiatives

Mirvac, who is striving for a net-positive portfolio by 2030, delivers various sustainable design initiatives, matching the growing importance of environmental credentials for property investors

These environmentally-conscious features include a six-star energy rating, solar gas-boosted hot water service, recycled water connections and five-star WELS tapware to bathrooms.

5. Barbecue facilities

Tullamore parks are also equipped with complimentary, electric barbecque facilities.

Residents can enjoy time with their family and friends in one of the many barbecue spots across the Tullamore site.
