When residents arrive at The Inc, they are welcomed into a vibrant and diverse community within one of Melbourne’s best-connected suburbs.

Caulfield North is home to one of Australia’s largest multicultural communities, whose traditions and culture can be felt in the village atmosphere”, the project marketing team shared.

“A short drive from home will place you at Caulfield Park or amongst the melting pot of cafes, restaurants, specialty grocers, bars and boutiques on Carlisle Street, High Street or Glenferrie Road.”

The Inc is the latest development being delivered by Red Collective in collaboration with Platinum.

Ewert Leaf-designed apartments are offered in two and three-bedroom configurations, proving popular with buyers looking for luxurious oversized residences.

Situated at Inkerman Road, the development is set amongst the leafy streets and verdant greenery that define Melbourne’s south.

The architecturally designed building boasts a monochromatic palette that is brought to life by the vibrant autumnal organs of maple and pear trees curated by landscape architect John Patrick Architects.

Beyond the staggered evergreen trees providing full canopies of shade is the picturesque Caulfield Park, featuring opportunities to explore, exercise, socialise and unwind.

Perfect for entertaining friends or young children, the local icon includes playgrounds, sporting fields, running tracks and lakeside picnic shelters.

Boasting some of the city’s finest dining and shopping destinations, Caulfield North is moments from galleries, antiques and chic clothing stores.

Highly-regarded schools and universities are also close to home. Melbourne Grammar School, Caulfield Grammar School, and Caulfield Junior College are all situated within walking distance, while Monash University is only a short tram ride away.

At the Inc, everything is within easy reach.
