Westerfolds Collection: Where modernist style meets nature in Templestowe

Templestowe is soon to welcome a striking blend of contemporary modernist architecture with the new townhouse development, Westerfolds Collection.

Designed by Paul Shaw and Associates, Westerfolds Collection pays homage to the established residential signature and the lush, open landscapes of Templestowe.

Through a collaborative partnership with ClarkeHopkinsClarke, the vision for the development promises high-end living in one of the most coveted locations in the leafy neighbourhood.

“The inspiration for Westerfolds Collection has been drawn from the existing open landscaped environment and generously proportioned homes that currently exist within Yolande Court and its surrounds,” Paul Shaw said.

Comprising a selection of three and four-bedroom homes, each residence exudes a sense of simplicity and sophistication. The architects have focused on imbuing the interiors with textural beauty and timeless appeal, utilising light-filled spaces to create a harmonious ambiance.

The use of light timber accents alongside complementary tones of light grey and earthy hues cultivates an aesthetic that perfectly harmonises with the lush surroundings.

The facades of the Westerfolds Collection resonate with the tree-lined streetscape, as brick and rendered finishes coalesce into a seamlessly integrated built form.

Nestled beneath the canopies of mature trees, the residences boast generously proportioned interiors that seamlessly transition into private, lush outdoor havens.

The inclusion of landscaped walkways further enhances the inviting botanical environment that envelops the development.

Inside, residents are greeted by spacious living and dining zones, which are bathed in abundant natural light courtesy of expansive windows that offer private garden views.

Wide glass sliding doors open up to thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, providing residents with the option for private relaxation or social engagement amidst nature.
