The home in Melbourne's east was sold on July 18 by Michael Hill and Jessica Lander from Noel Jones - Wantirna.

It last sold at $289,500 in 2002.

It is within walking distance to Knox Westfield shopping centre, local buses and the highly sought St Andrews College, and within close proximity to parks, reserves and sporting venues.

The suburb's median unit price sits at $525,000, according to CoreLogic.
