Urban was invited to personally tour the development, where we got to see first-hand the quality and care that has gone into all aspects of design, right through to craftsmanship. The $2.8 billion mixed-use development has been designed by Cox Architecture and includes an expansive new public park, a full-line supermarket and a childcare centre.
Civil works commenced in 2017, with Multiplex delivering a development that is an exact depiction of the luxurious marketing renders – setting the bar high for the delivery of the precinct over the coming years.
Residents of Melbourne Square will never tire of the amenities on offer – there are so many we didn't even have time to view them all on our tour, which is pretty impressive in itself.
