Traralgon is the cheapest locality in Victoria to purchase a unit, according to Investar’s latest market report.

The property investment firm says that the median price for a one bedroom or studio unit in Traralgon is $114,500.

This is followed by ­Moe with $148,500 and Mooroopna and Mildura with $149,000, all of which are for two bedroom units.
