Horse racing enthusiasts are in for a treat with the launch of the hotly-anticipated Trackside House, located within the $2 billion redevelopment of Moonee Valley Racecourse.

Approximately 86 residences are set to overlook the future finishing straight of the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse in Trackside House - the only residential building that will achieve this outlook - with future stages within the 40-hectare precinct set to provide aspects of other parts of the 139-year-old racecourse.

202 residences will be delivered within the 11-storey building, with grand three and four-bedroom residences, commanding prices from $3.6 million through to the $5 million penthouse, while more affordable one-bedroom options start from $565,000.

Moonee Valley Park is a joint venture between developer, Hamton and leading industry superannuation fund Hostplus, in partnership with Moonee Valley Racing Club. Designed by Rothelowman with interior design by Carr, Trackside House will boast unparalleled views of Moonee Valley Racecourse and the city skyline, alongside premium resident amenities.

The House Residences will offer a unique blend of convenience, security, and comfort, providing residents with the best of apartment living. These residences boast views across Moonee Valley Park’s thriving gardens, with select residences enjoying views across the racecourse and city skyline.

The premium Grand Residences will offer spacious interiors that exude style and sophistication, with the homes featuring Miele appliances and finishes that elevate everyday living.

The residences maintain the precinct’s strong connection to nature and biophilic design, fostering a unique urban sanctuary surrounded by greenery.

Trackside House residents will enjoy a variety of hotel-inspired amenities that extend the home living experience, with a concierge, a wellness sanctuary, gym, sauna, and a rooftop infinity pool and entertainment area, offering panoramic views of the track and city skyline as part of the plans.

Part of the larger Moonee Valley Park redevelopment project, Trackside House is a significant addition to the $2 billion revamp of the iconic sporting precinct.

Marking the fourth stage within the redevelopment, Trackside House will have the future benefit of the precinct's diverse range of eateries and retailers, 20 hectares of open space and gardens, and a range of other amenities, including playgrounds, sporting fields, running and walking tracks.
