A four bedroom Toorak home sold this month at $3 million in a developer's mortgagee auction.

The 18 May Road, Toorak holding comes with a new build final certificate secured in March as the city went into lockdown.

Castran Gilbert agent Paul Castran advised the mortgagee took possession.

There were reportedly four registered and two active bidders on the four bedroom, four bathroom property.

There was a basement with laundry and home cinema.
