The latest luxury KEW apartments come together off the back of a conglomerate of renowned professionals, delivering just a collection of two and three-bedroom residences to the blue-chip suburb.

Jafari Property Group has made a craft of developing  boutique projects throughout Melbourne’s prestigious inner east and south-eastern suburbs.

Founded in 1995, Jafari has established a reputation for quality and precision, with its directors’ experience as registered builders as well as developers ensuring all aspects of the planning and building process are managed with complete oversight and attention to detail.

Local empty nesters and downsizers have been flocking to the KEW residences, with Pontem Director, Fil Gacesa saying, The Bradford is appealing to those wanting to move from the family home, while still remaining in the area.

“The lock up and leave, single level living has really appealed to buyers. We’ve also seen keen interest from families looking to be in the precinct given the schools in the area.”

“We’ve typically seen, with many of the prospective buyers, that they’re coming from KEW or an affiliated area, whether they’ve lived in KEW previously or have family close by, along with those looking to make the move from neighbouring suburbs.” 

Designed as a project for the local residents, The Bradford delivers just 10 apartments to the Sackville Ward, offering a considered palette which pays homage to the area’s history.

Signalling Jafari’s first foray into the luxury apartment market, the group bring considerable experience and knowledge to the project, having extensive success in developing luxury homes and townhomes. 

With limited residences remaining in The Bradford, the group is now focused on finalising documentation in order to expedite the commencement of construction
