Residents at FOCUS, a vibrant new inner-city community in the heart of Melbourne’s celebrated Arts precinct, get access to an extensive array of amenities all within their Southbank building.

Due to complete later this year, the Central Equity-developed FOCUS is set to integrate contemporary apartments with easily accessible facilities.

Everything from an impressive and secure entry foyer with a furnished visitor waiting area to professional concierge teams on-site 24/7 will be available to residents.

Residents can plan a movie night at the luxe 17-seat theatre, or enjoy the company of the FOCUS community in the landscaped outdoor barbecue and dining area, which is accessed off an open dining and lounge space.

Resident facilities also include a glass-roofed, indoor heated lap pool, state-of-the-art gym, and adjoining sauna.

The apartments, which are being built by Multiplex, are designed by Doig Architecture and each feature 2.7m-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.

The City Rd location puts FOCUS residents in the heart of Southbank, with easy access to the iconic arts precinct and new parkland on Southbank Boulevard.

Within 100 metre walk from the front door of FOCUS is an IGA and 7-Eleven. Two streets over toward the river is Southbank Boulevard, lined with a number of restaurants and cafe's.
