The State Government authority, in collaboration with master planning by Roberts Day, are offering the solution to a hectic lifestyle with low maintenance living in Melbourne's Sunshine North.

Designed for modern family life, LUMA will provide around 300 townhomes consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom floorplans, to accommodate a wide range of buyers.
