Investors are starting to make their way back in to the property market.

ABS figures at the start of the month showed that, over March, investor lending rose 12.7 per cent.

Victoria saw the second biggest commitment by investors, above the average and up 13.7 per cent, only second to Queensland (+19 per cent) and ahead of New South Wales (+13 per cent)
