The ongoing surge in home financing and purchasing took a hit in April as one of the key drivers, the HomeBuilder Grant, came to an end in March. 

Many developers however are sighting that the completion of the HomeBuilder Grant has failed to deter first home buyers.

1. Haven Townhomes, Keysborough
