Construction has officially wrapped up on the boutique Brunswick project, The Finery.

The Lygon Street project, co-funded by Banner Asset Management, was constructed by award-winning builder Lurada Property Group.

Comprising 30 apartments and six retail units over a five-level building, a majority of the apartments are pre-sold, with prices starting from $587,000.

Designed by Shouman Architects, the exterior of the building is made up of bold compositional parts mixed with cascading and climbing vegetation, blending seamlessly with the industrial character of the area.

The generous two and three-bedroom apartments have been meticulously composed to encourage a balance between ‘live, work and play’, with a rich pallet of concrete, timber, stone, and glass used throughout.

The development features a large communal rooftop, social breakout spaces and a hotel style lobby designed to encourage connection between residents.

Located in the heart of Brunswick East, The Finery is situated in a vibrant, bustling, and dynamic suburb with a strong community spirit.

Positioned on the western side of Lygon Street, residents will be just minutes from leafy parklands, public transport, local shops, and schools.

Nicholas Lakin, Chief Lending Officer at Banner Asset Management, said that with demand for premium inner-city residences on the rise in Melbourne, The Finery will deliver a project that not only meets this need but stays true to the character of the area.

“The Finery has been designed to fit seamlessly into the local neighbourhood, providing residents with access to some of the city’s best food, entertainment, shopping, and cultural offerings.”
