The Inc, a project by Platinum and Red Collective, offers a collection of two and three-bedroom apartments at a luxury Melbourne address.

Caulfield North is one of Melbourne’s most sought-after locations, delivering a melting pot of cafés, restaurants, specialty grocers, bars and boutiques.

Situated on Inkerman Road, residents at the Inc enjoy convenience and privacy, with quiet tree-lined streets leading to vast parklands and cultural experiences.

Buyers can take comfort in purchasing from a team that is responsible for the full delivery of their home.

The design details

Architecturally designed, apartments at the Inc feature a monochrome architectural palette while integrating with the surrounding suburb.

“The deeply considered design moulds to the slope of the land, effortlessly integrating with its environment and community – it’s as though the residences have always been there”, the project marketing reads.

Designed by Ewert Leaf and landscape architect, John Patrick, each residence has been curated by an experienced design team and the quality finishes reflect this.

The adaptable homes invite a sense of depth and warmth thanks to the planked timber floors and exquisite stonework in the floor-to-ceiling in-built fireplace.

Delivering functionality and contemporary elegance, the spacious kitchen space includes fully-integrated European appliances, generous cabinetry, minimal cooktops and a borderless wine fridge.

Natural stone is also featured in the bathrooms, creating a tasteful harmony between the various living spaces of each apartment.

Private terraces boast beautiful views over the vibrant autumnal oranges of the maple and pear trees.

John Patrick cleverly features dwarf magnolias to provide consistent greenery and fullness to the landscape, year-round, while the large canopy trees that line the front of the building offer privacy.

Residents are offered the opportunity to collaborate with the design team to ensure that every detail is considered.
