It is more than just the affordable price and a desirable Bayside location that stand out about Southend Property Group’s boutique apartment development, Southend, Brighton.

The 22 apartment have been carefully designed by the team at Metaxas Architects to match their prestigious address.

Every apartment across the three level building features elegant open plan living spaces that flow cleanly to a balcony or terrace.

The indoor and outdoor spaces have an organic flow and are intended to offer maximum functionality in a luxurious setting, with large sliding glass doors creating a welcoming space for entertaining or relaxing.

A sleek design aesthetic is shown across the carefully appointed kitchens. Blossom White cabinetry blends with stone benchtops and mirrored splashbacks, while Miele appliances and ample storage create a useful culinary space.

Select two-bedroom apartments also feature a study with apartment sizes ranging from 81 sqm - 93 sqm.

Southend completely blends with the relaxed beachside lifestyle that is synonymous with Brighton while remaining affordable for both first-home buyers and investors.

Prices start as low as $549,000 for one of the 10 one-bedroom apartments at Southend, and $694,000 for one of the 12 two-bedroom apartments, almost half the price of the next-most affordable apartment complex in Brighton.

Completion is estimated for December 2022.
