Bayside builder developer, Shenfield Property, is well on track to complete its boutique Cheltenham townhouse development, Plenteous, by the end of 2024.

Only a few of the eight architect-designed townhouses on Jean Street remain for sale through Noorden marketing agent David Lamond, who has seen both local upsizers and downsizers buy into the project given its low-maintence design but with the size to cater for families, as well as its proximity to Southpoint Station and Westfield Southland.

The townhouses, a dwelling type not often seen in Cheltenham and certainly not close to a central location as Plenteous, have been designed by Farrington Architects to at the end of a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac with frontage to Jean Streett Reserve and Playground.

Two or three-bedroom towhnouses are on offer, across either two or three levels. Interior designer Aldona Padjak crafted the insides of the townhouses with soft, neutral colours to enhance natural light.

The inside opens up to and incorporates the outdoors, with the ground level opening to a courtyard garden and the second or third level offering a balcony.

With construction progressing steadily, the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.

Shenfield Property, led by Alister Shenfield, has had a long reputation of delivering quality residential developments throughout Melbourne's Bayside.

Their most recent completed work has included Omnia at Moorabbin, Tilli in Hampton, and EVA Mentone.

As well as Plenteous, Shenfield, is working on Joe's Quarter in Mordialloc and Banksia, and apartment development in Cheltenham, just under two kilometres from Plenteous.
