A residential project born from a lasting relationship between property developer and architect is the latest to hit the streets of Mordialloc

Marking another successful collaboration between Shenfield Property and JFKDesign, Joe’s Quarter boasts just 11 residences, the boutique offering is undoubtedly one of Mordialloc’s premium addresses.

60 per cent of the residences have already been sold in the development, with Barry Plant's, Damien Murphy saying the response to the project so far has been really strong.

"The majority of the successful purchasers so far are owner occupiers resizing," Murphy said.

"We are still receiving strong enquiry  - from as far as Warragul in Gippsland and as close as Mordialloc itself. With construction starting within a few weeks, the race is on to secure the remaining residences with excellent stamp duty savings."

Positioned on the banks of Mordialloc Creek, which flows into Port Phillip Bay, Joe’s Quarter delivers a mix of two and three-bedroom residences, with the design immersed in the site’s former boat making origins.

Founder of Shenfield, Alister Shenfield has cast his hand across a number of boutique projects throughout Victoria, forming a close working relationship throughout his time with designer Jackson Fitzroy Kennedy from JFKDesign, which spans nearly 20 years.

Noting Joe’s Quarter as their most ambitious to date, the pair have created more than just a place to live, but a lifestyle, set within the outer regions of the CBD.

Founded in 2022, Shenfield has made a name for themselves as industry leaders in designing and developing boutique, energy efficient commercial and residential developments, without compromising quality, with Joe’s Quarter nonetheless following suit with their previous works.

With JFKDesign on board, the multi-disciplinary design firm have too created a rather impressive name for themselves, having won municipal, state and nation residential design and interior design awards.

Commencement on the project is due to kick start this year, with prices starting from $1,230,000, topping out at nearly $2 million for the most indulgent offering within the project.

Each floorplan is expansive and considered, designed to offer the most premium living experience, spanning from 116 sqm through to 162 sqm, with each offering two-bathrooms and two car spaces.
