Prospective home buyers in Glen Iris have been alerted to Fraeda, the boutique townhouse development by Elmbury Property Group.

The developer is offering a $100k saving on the final freestanding townhouse which is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, but only until the end of November.

That's not including the stamp duty savings a buyer will now secure following the VIC Government's decision to abolish stamp duty for 12 months.

Located at 57A Alfred Road, Fraeda offers a peaceful setting in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, combining the leafy suburban charm of Glen Iris with the convenience of being just moments from the Toorak Road shopping strip.

The development comprises just four architecturally designed townhouses, each offering four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spacious outdoor areas.

Petridis Architects has focused on maximising space and natural light, with north-facing courtyards and interiors to ensure an open, bright living environment.

One of the key features of Fraeda is its design approach, which prioritises natural materials and indoor-outdoor living, with each home featuring expansive full-height doors connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas to private gardens.

The attention to detail extends to practical elements, such as a secure two-car basement garage, with the last remaining townhouse offering the largest garage space.

Buyers also have the option to include a lift, connecting all levels from the basement to the first floor.

A portion of the forthcoming sale, as well part of the other three townhouse sales, have gone toward supporting the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, a cause championed by Elmbury Property Group.

Fraeda presents a rare opportunity to buy a freestanding home off the plan in one of Melbourne’s most family-friendly suburbs. Jellis Craig Projects is marketing Fraeda.
