Melbourne developer Samuel Property Group is set to launch Hali Dromana, a rare $120 million townhouse community on the Mornington Peninsula.

Hali Dromana, with 69 bespoke townhomes starting from $1,495,000, is set to transform Dromana’s beachfront at 105-111 Point Nepean Road, a near two-hectare site that was previously the former Kangerong Holiday Park and an unused Caltex service station.

Samuel Managing Director, Illan Samuel, says Hali Dromana is a homage to the beloved 1960s holiday home where Australian summers were defined.

"Hali will give Dromana a fresh identity that will stand the test of time," Samuel says.

The architectural vision by renowned firm Cera Stribley, combines retro inspiration with a laid-back, contemporary feel.

“Our design for Hali is a tribute to simpler times, with an emphasis on airy, open spaces and natural materials, yet with a level of sophistication that today’s buyer expects,” Dom Cerantonio of Cera Stribley says.

Blair Property Group Director Darren Blair, who is handling the sales of Hali, says the development brings back that sense of belonging and community you’d find in beachside neighborhoods of the past.

"With the display opening on Pier Street this December, we’re giving buyers a chance to experience firsthand what it’s like to live in a home that embodies both nostalgia and innovation.”

Blair is expecting interest from the local area in particular.

Hali Dromana comprises 69 three and four-bedroom townhouses, a low-maintenance, lock-and-leave opportunity rarely seen in the Mornington Peninsula market.

Samuel Property Group is well-known for delivering quality apartments across some of Melbourne's best suburbs. They're currently delivering Louise, just off St Kilda Rd, which is over 80 per cent sold and is under construction.

“At Samuel Property, we pride ourselves on crafting homes that stand the test of time,” Illan says.

“With Hali, we’re bringing the same level of attention to detail and quality that has earned us our reputation for excellence.”
