Sales have launched at the new Ormond apartment development, Walsh Grange.

The contemporary collection of just 23 one, two and three-bedroom apartments is being developed in a joint venture between CQ Property Development and Loi Projects, who had the local architecture firm Telha Clarke design the modern low-rise building.

Their focus was to create a feeling of connection, through shared public spaces, and surrounding gardens and trees.

Prices start from $479,000 for the near 50 sqm one-bedroom apartments. All apartments, as high as the near 100 sqm three-bedroom apartments, are priced under $1 million.

Named after its corner location bordering Walsh and Grange Street, Walsh Grange a rare new development for Ormond, which has quietly been one of Melbourne's most sought-after suburbs, on the fringe of the popular Bayside area. Ormond is now blessed with bustling retail precincts, extensive amenities, and great education options.

Access to major road networks, spacious public parks and gardens, and a nearby beach also provide convenient access to all of life’s necessities.

Within 10 minutes you're by the bay at North Road foreshore, where there's a beach-side bike path stretching around the southern bay for kilometres.

Ormond maintains the community charm of the Bayside lifestyle, with numerous restaurants, cafés and nearby shopping strips, including Carnegie, Bentleigh and Caulfield.

The development will likely be a hit with families, given the close proximity to a number of Melbourne's best schools, including Kilvington Grammar, Bentleigh Secondary College and McKinnon Secondary College.

Monash University, one of Australia’s top tertiary institutions, is also nearby.

Ormond is near some of Melbourne’s best parklands, with playgrounds, sporting grounds and facilities adding further opportunities for family fun and entertaining.

Walsh Grange has been designed to deliver the security of community and the comfort of a private, premium residence.
