Owner-occupiers have been the dominant buyer at the off the plan Omnia apartments in Moorabbin, due to the variety of floorplans offered by developer Shenfield Property.

Every sale so far, bar one, has been to an owner-occupier, with a handful of local first home buyers also showing interest.

The Richmond-based interior designer Aldona Pajdak has handled the inside of the 42 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which are priced from $480,000.

The thriving community offers something for everyone, with a wide range of schools, higher education, cafés, shopping and parks.

Located at 4-6 Horscroft Place, the building delivers a number of green spaces and park frontage designed by Wallbrink Landscaped Architecture.

Urban takes a look at a three-bedroom apartment configuration that exemplifies the development’s great design.

Apartment 1.B1

Located on the first floor, this floorplan delivers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secure underground parking space.

Set over a total area of over 134sqm, this Omnia apartment boasts an open-plan living and dining area, a 12sqm terrace and a walk-in robe in the master bedroom.

Designed by Roger Brayshaw Architects, the homes feature sleek forms and clean lines, complemented by neutral finishes and timeless sophistication.

Each off-the-plan apartment has low-maintenance kitchens that include concealed cabinetry with glass splashbacks, matte black tapware and integrated appliances.

Living spaces are generous and inviting with adjoining north-facing balconies giving you plenty of sunlight to enjoy throughout the day.
