Outgoing Computershare Australia CFO Peter Barker lists South Melbourne penthouse

Peter Barker, the outgoing chief financial officer at Computershare Australia, has listed his South Melbourne penthouse residence, which comes with views over Albert Park Lake and the CBD.

He is moving to Asia for work to take up a new appointment.

It's been listed through Gary Ormrod and Peter Kudelka at Kay & Burton South Yarra. More than $2 million is tipped when offers for the Albert Road, South Melbourne close March 5.

It's within a boutique development of 15 apartments, the Laguna building which was designed by Rothelowman.

It was bought in 2009 and then totally renovated. The spacious apartment offers a generous open-plan living and dining area, which opens onto the terrace.

It has three bedrooms, the main with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

The second level has a generous family room with bar area opening onto an enormous rooftop with outdoor cinema facility with surround sound system.
