Bespoke residential development and construction company Nuterico has taken to the flourishing locale of Doncaster for their latest residential development, Parc.

The boutique development of just six four-bedroom townhouses has been designed with a focus on sustainability, incorporating solar panels and rainwater tanks which contribute to its minimum 6-star energy rating.

Nestled amidst Doncaster's leafy streetscape, each of the six residences boasts panoramic views that stretch across sprawling parklands, ensuring residents remain closely connected to natural surroundings.

The proximity to Wilsons Road Reserve, scenic trails, world-class amenities, and efficient transport options to iconic precincts only adds to the allure of the development.

The collection of just six residences were designed by Sydney-based architecture studio Mostaghim, blending urban sophistication with suburban tranquility.

The four-bedroom townhouses are set across two levels, each featuring three bathrooms and two car spaces, as well as private lifts and rooftop terraces.

Jellis Craig Projects are marketing Parc. Director Stephen Bowtell says Parc is one of the most striking architectural townhouse developments to become available in Doncaster.

"Doncaster hasn't really seen a townhouse development to this architectural scale before," Bowtell says.

"Mostaghim Architects have brought their expertise from Sydney and applied it in Melbourne to create a rare opportunity for just six buyers."

From an architectural standpoint, Parc is a modern interpretation of classical elegance, with its bold linear form and layered materiality making a striking contribution to Doncaster's residential fabric.

Inside, Parc's interiors reflect an unwavering commitment to both flexibility and livability. The spaces are designed to create sanctuaries of calm and ease within each residence.

Natural stone, travertine, and oak timber laminate are integrated throughout, while floor-to-ceiling windows invite an abundance of natural light into each. The living rooms open up to a stylish champagne bar, with the open plan living spaces extending onto landscaped courtyards, fostering an indoor-outdoor flow.

The kitchens within Parc are generously proportioned, with elegant island benches complimented by integrated storage, a butler's pantry, and top-of-the-line built-in appliances.

Landscaping by the renowned John Patrick Landscape Architects has been seamlessly integrated within the project, with lush greenery intertwined with the architectural form, further connecting the residences to the surrounding environment.
