In one of Melbourne’s most highly regarded Bayside suburbs, 32 Black Street delivers a striking new addition to the heart of Brighton.

A product of a familiar partnership between two Melbourne developers and builders, Thomas Constructions and QB Constructions, 32 Black St will add to a growing list the pair have collaborated on together.

With a concept developed and designed by the locals architecture firm Architecture Works, the project is home to just eight apartments, each with their own unique and luxurious interiors.

32 Black Street has been designed with an emphasis on space and light, with spacious living areas transitioning seamlessly into other areas of the apartments.

A full Miele appliance package with an integrated fridge-freezer and induction cooktop is standard in each home, along with stone bench-tops, heated bathroom floors and designer joinery.

Each apartment also comes complete with two secure underground parking spaces.

The built form of 32 Black St features a sleek, modern design with a myriad of glass and metal detailing, with the developers noting the most distinguishing feature as the picturesque façade.

Facing north, the building has been designed to soak in the natural light that will flood through, with expansive windows throughout, as well as through the adjoining balconies, enveloped in lush greenery, softening the form.

The detail on the building's facade along with the scaled ceilings create a sense of scale that don’t sacrifice the details.

Situated in one of the most desirable locations in Brighton, 32 Black St also sits just steps from an array of exclusive boutiques and restaurants, enabling the project to suit a range of owner-occupiers, no matter the lifestyle.
