Melbourne property developer MunCorp has officially commenced construction on its new Blackburn Quarter townhouse development.

Half of the townhouses were already sold, primarily to local buyers, following the project's launch.

Upon completion, Blackburn Quarter will comprise 39 townhouses, available in both three and four-bedroom configurations.

MunCorp has partnered with Cera Stribley who have crafted the interiors. Inspiration to create a harmonious balance of functionality and contemporary aesthetics came from Blackburn's verdant surrounds.

The developer is committed to making their homes accessible to a wide range of buyers, including first-home buyers, downsizers, and investors.

MunCorp Managing Director Jake Munday said the company is doubling down in 2024 to grow its pipeline to $400 million delivered in the next four to five years.

Strategically located, Blackburn Quarter provides residents with convenient access to several key shopping centres, including Box Hill Central, Westfield Doncaster, and Blackburn Square.

Prices for Blackburn Quarter townhouses start at $999,000.
