Moe the cheapest Victorian locality for units: Investar

Moe is the cheapest Victoria locality to purchase a unit, according to a recent Investar report.

The property investment firm says that a one bedroom unit or studio has a median price of $60,000.

This is followed by Wodonga with $69,000 and Traralgon with $110,000.

It appears many of the options are in retirement villages.

A one bedroom unit located in the Moe Retirement Village is on the market with a price guide of 60,000 (pictured below).

Situated at 14/48 Haigh St, the one bedroom unit features private courtyard with clothes line.

Another single bedroom brick veneer unit in the same village was sold for $50,000 in last year (pictured below).

The unit at 45/48 Haigh Street features fully self-contained kitchen with electric cooking, combined bathroom and laundry, and electric heating.
