An off the plan two-level Saint Moritz, St Kilda luxury apartment has been offered for sale.

There is no price guidance for the 522 sqm, four-bedroom, four-bathroom space which features six metre ceilings that look out to Port Phillip Bay.

The apartment comes with an upper master bedroom suite with an executive lounge and an open fire-place.

There is 16 sqm of balcony space and six car spaces.

The 1301/1401 apartment is being offered through Gurner agent Deborah Wiltshire.

There was a sales advisory from Gurner that 95 percent of Saint Moritz had been sold in mid-2019 when it had recorded $480 million in sales.

The 95 per cent sales tally represented 127 residences of the project's 133 dwellings.

In early 2019, Gurner set Melbourne’s new price record for an apartment sale, securing a reported $30 million for the seven-bedroom penthouse at its ultra-luxury development.

It has 650 sqm internally and 150 sqm externally, plus a seven-car private garage.

A $9 million sale by Gurner within the project was recently secured by Michael Paproth at The Agency.
