Latrobe-Gippsland regional sales volumes down 10 percent: CoreLogic
Over the year to February 2019, dwelling sales were down -10 per cent across the Latrobe-Gippsland region, although current sales activity is in line with the five year average for the region, according to the latest CoreLogic regional report.
Dwelling values across the Latrobe-Gippsland region increased year-on-year with house values increasing by 5.9 per cent over the 12 months to March 2019, while unit values were up by 7.9 per cent over the same period.

Renting is more expensive across the region with advertised rental rates up $20/week for houses and $15/week for units over the year to March.

The time a home sits on the market across the region has improved with the average house selling 17 days faster, and the average unit selling 10 days faster when compared to February 2018.
The average vendor is offering less of a discount to secure a sale over the same period.
