The Grounds is the latest Ivanhoe development out of JWLand, placing a focus on fresh public spaces and community with more than half of the grounds being green spaces.

At the centre of the precinct is a magnificently landscaped Central Park which which spreads out into network of gardens stretching out from the development into nearby Ivanhoe and Chelsworth Parks.

The Grounds is comprised of an exclusive collection of three apartment buildings, each designed to respond to their own address; Wilfred, Wamba and The Boulevard. There is also the Oak Terraces, located off Cedric Street, offering a limited collection of townhomes.

There's plenty on right across the road with the Ivanhoe Public Golf Course as well as the Eaglemont Tennis Club and East Ivanhoe Bowling Club for those who don't enjoy hitting the links.

Located 15 minutes from the CBD, there is plenty to dine on nearby with some of Melbourne's premier foodie destinations like the vibrant cafe culture of Upper Heidelberg as well as Templestowe Road minutes away. They are home to famed dining institutions like DamaRose Restaurant, L'Artigiano Ivanhoe, Vasko Restaurant and Darling Dumplings.

Ivanhoe also plays host to a bustling nightlife with local hotspots like The Back Room Bar and historic Ivanhoe Hotel which has been around for more than a century.

It is a clean and green suburb with many families attracted to the two elite private schools, Ivanhoe Grammar School, and Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School. It is also home to one of Victoria's oldest state schools, Ivanhoe Primary School, established in 1853.
