Valia is a new residential offering in Melbourne’s Ivanhoe, boasting an exclusive collection of 14 luxury residences.

Developed by Prestige Ivanhoe, the two and three-bedroom offerings are set over five floors on the tightly-held Upper Heidelberg Road.

Blending into the leafy suburb, Valia delivers a soft concrete and glass exterior, as well as verdant wrap-around balconies incorporating overhanging plants.

Designed by WMK, the expansive garden terraces provide space for entertaining friends and family with views over the green streetscapes of Melbourne’s north-east.

The interiors of the residences are designed by SJB Interiors in collaboration with IDLE Architecture Studio, striking a “delicate balance between dynamic modernity and timeless refinement”, the project marketing reads.

Valia’s interiors feature open-plan living and dining areas, earthy tones and soft timber finishes.

Among its other features include a custom fireplace, providing a centrepiece to each apartment, floor-to-ceiling windows and Italian natural stone surfaces.

“Every residence offers [a] high degree of flexibility to ensure spaces are ideally suited to their owner’s needs and wants”, the developer said.

Two-bedroom apartments in the complex, which include European appliances, a free-standing bath and custom-joinery begin from $869,000.

The project’s beautiful three-bedroom residences start from $1.67 million.

Situated in Melbourne’s north-east, Valia offers convenient access to eateries and boutiques, with a retail strip on its doorstep and ground-floor retail space.
