Piper Townhomes is a boutique selection of 14 modern townhouses in the maritime suburb of Williamstown.

The terraces are just one part of AVJennings' vision for Waterline Place, which they described as “a village within a village”.

Designed and constructed by their in-house team, Piper Townhomes are low-maintenance and family-ready homes with flexible spaces and covered outdoor areas for alfresco entertaining.

Piper comprises nine three-bedroom homes facing Nelson Place, they  continue the bluestone and angled roofline theme that mimics traditional local cottages and industrial buildings of the past, to blend in with the established architectural character of the area.

Across the expansive living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, the contemporary homes are bright, and bathed in natural light. The warm hues and textures are accented by crisp finishes like reconstituted stone bench tops and Smeg appliances in the kitchen.

The three-bedroom townhouses have been designed with young families and downsizers in mind, with extensive storage spaces, larger full-height windows, and a living area that opens out to a room-sized balcony.

The smaller mid-row terraces feature vertical zoning and a planned layout which allows for natural light. AVJennings said they were ideal for young couples wanting their first home, as well as being attractive to investors.

Floorplans available for purchase:

  • Three bed, three bath, two parking spaces, 180 sqm, $1,330,000 (Pictured below)
  • Three bed, three and a half bath, two parking spaces, 200 sqm, $1,495,000 (Pictured below)

Piper's location is also a highlight, located close to the convenient public transport that is the Williamstown train station 400 metres away, the townhomes are 9km from the Melbourne CBD.

Within walking distance is Hobson Bay offering cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shops, swimming beaches and renowned boating clubs.
