The Aultun Property Group townhouse collection, Haven Townhomes in Keysborough, south-east of Melbourne, has been designed by the highly regarded Cera Stribley Architects, who have produced designs for luxury developments Edition in Toorak and Tate in Kew.

They’ve designed the Haven Townhomes to be a functional space for families, with three and four-bedroom homes across two levels. And Aultun’s pricing of the townhomes, from $675,000, has been attractive for first home buyers, as well as young families.

Nestled amongst wetlands and meandering walking trails, each of the 59 townhouses are oriented to take in views of the surrounding landscape and have direct access to nature, as well as convenient nearby amenities.

With completion estimated for December this year, Urban has taken a closer look at the floorplans available across the Haven estate

There are floor to ceiling windows allowing maximum natural light to reach the living spaces, which are offered as having light or dark finishes

Cera Stribley Architects say the townhomes blend seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape, with a palette of contemporary greys and timber accents.

“The Haven design promises to be both modern and timeless””

Other projects by Aultun Property Group in Melbourne’s south-east include their Chelsea Heights master-planned community, Sixth Avenue.
